This page explains how to request deletion of your PaiChat account and the data associated with it. PaiChat is operated by PaiChat, Inc., the developer listed on the app's store listing. You can submit a request using the form below, and you can also use it to ask for a copy of your data instead of deleting it.
How to request account deletion
To ask us to delete your PaiChat account and associated data, follow these steps:
- Submit a request. Complete the deletion request form below, or email contact@paichat.ai, using the email address linked to your PaiChat account.
- Choose what to delete. Tell us whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific data (for example, your AI memories or chat history).
- Verify your identity. To protect your account, we may confirm your request from the email address on file before we act on it.
- We process and confirm. We delete the requested data and email you a confirmation, typically within 30 days of verifying your request.
What data is deleted
When you ask us to delete your PaiChat account, we delete or de-identify the personal data we hold for that account, including:
- Account and profile information — email address, display name, username, profile photo, phone number, and account settings.
- Messages, conversations, attachments, and other content you created in PaiChat.
- AI assistant data — your prompts, assistant responses, and the memories created from your activity.
- Saved places, location data, route cards, and other coordination data tied to your account.
- Connected-integration data — access tokens for Google Calendar, Gmail, Apple Calendar, and similar services are revoked and removed.
Please note: messages you sent to other people or to group chats may still be visible to those recipients in their own conversations, as is standard for messaging services. Deleting your account removes your account and the data we hold for it; it does not remove copies others already received.
What data is kept, and for how long
After an account is deleted, we retain a limited amount of data only where we are required or permitted to, and only for as long as needed:

| De-identified or aggregated data | May be retained indefinitely because it can no longer be linked back to you or your account. |
